Description:Cooks all "To Order" menu items to Premier kitchen standards. Prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and portion controls from the menu. Prepares and cooks meals by performing the following duties. Stocks, sets up and maintains work stations. Completes daily prep work for station and cooks line. Stocks food items for next shift. Operates a variety of cooking equipment. Knowledgeable of sauteing, broiling grilling, steaming, baking and frying.
Duties:Communicates effectively with other kitchen members and waitstaff. Is able to work pantry, broiler, saute or any station as assigned by F&B Director. Handles multiple orders at the same time with speed and efficiency maintaining proper food quality and presentation. Cleans station and equipment daily and ensures sanitation procedures are followed. Follows all Health & Safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature. Follows all cooking & cooling procedures as outlined by Health Department.
Qualifications:One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
